Representative-elect Destin Hall Elected Majority Freshman Leader of the North
Carolina House of Representatives
Raleigh, NC Representative-elect Destin Hall of Caldwell County was elected House
Majority Freshman Leader by his colleagues this week.
I’m honored to have the opportunity to serve in the leadership of the North Carolina
House of Representatives. I will never shy away when called to lead, as that enables
Caldwell County to have a strong voice in leadership decisions at the General Assembly.
I look forward to working hard in this position to make sure the citizens of Caldwell
County have effective representation.
Born and raised in Lenoir, NC, Destin Hall graduated from West Caldwell High School
and went on to earn a Bachelors Degree from Appalachian State University, where he
double-majored in Finance & Banking and Risk Management & Insurance. He then went
on to earn a law degree from Wake Forest University.
Destin is a general practice attorney in Lenoir and he is an active member of Union
Grove Baptist Church, where he serves as Brotherhood Director.
