CCGOP Golf Tournament on Friday 9/11

Date: 9/11/15

Location:  Cedar Rock Country Club, 2065 Cedar Rock Estates Dr, Lenoir, NC 28645

  • $50 per player singles are welcome to play but will be assigned to a team to make teams of 4. Captains Choice type tournament.
  • Lunch included – 11:30am to 12:30pm.
  • Range balls included.
  • A special ceremony at 12:30 with Caldwell County Veteran’s Honor Guard presentation.
  • World class singer performing our National Anthem, plus other songs.
  • PA system with Patriotic music starting at 9:30am.
  • Spectators welcome to buy lunch for $8 and watch our judges, State congressman or State Senator and other elected officials tee off. This is going to be a great tournament.
  • Prizes on all par three’s.
  • Closest to the center line prize.
  • Last place prize.
  • A drawing for a round of golf for 4, includes carts, that anyone can win.

Sign up for the convention now! If you were not a county convention delegate in March, you cannot attend the “business” part of the convention (General Session $75). However, you can still pay for, and go to, the breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hear the candidates and enjoy the food and friends.  …And the parties! Yes, Republicans party!

Please come to Richard Holloway’s swearing in ceremony Wednesday at 3pm, room #5 at the Caldwell County Courthouse in downtown Lenoir

Governor Pat McCrory has appointed Richard Holloway District Court Judge in the 25th Judicial District. Holloway will replace District Court Judge Gary Dellinger, who retired on December 31, 2014. The 25th Judicial District consists of Burke, Caldwell, and Catawba Counties.

Holloway is a Caldwell County native and an assistant district attorney for the 25th Judicial District, a position he has held since 1998. He is also a board member of the Juvenile Crime Prevention Counsel and the Child Fatality Task Force.

Previously, Holloway was a partner with Keller & Holloway with a primary focus on family and criminal law. He received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and his law degree from Campbell University.

March 28th – Lincoln Reagan Dinner Gala at Broyhill Center

The Caldwell County Republican Party invites you to the Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner Gala.


This will be hosted at the Broyhill Center in Lenoir at 6:00 PM. This will be a $50 per person or $85 per couple event which includes dinner.  Tickets will be available for purchase at the combined precinct/county convention on March 14th Saturday.  The special key note speaker will be House Speaker Tim Moore.

March 14th – Caldwell County Republican Precinct/County combined Convention

The Caldwell County GOP Precinct Convention will be held Saturday, March 14th, at 9am at the Caldwell County Public Library. It will then open at 10am for the County Convention.  Please be early due to the fact the doors will be closed promptly at 9am.

All registered Republicans are invited to this event.
